Letter's from Chapel Green

Letter's from Chapel Green - GNAW

We received some very lovely in the post today, from a local school called Chapel Green. Enclosed were handwritten letters from the children of Beech Class asking if they could understand more about our chocolate!

Chapel Green is a Complex Needs School for pupils with moderate, severe or profound learning difficulties aged between 3 to 19. Each pupil has different learning needs; however all learn best when they are happy and excited about learning. We would be more than happy to provide Beech Class with some chocolate to enjoy whilst they learn more about topics related to chocolate such as; how to cook with chocolate; going to local highstreets to see the different types of chocolate; and studying the the origins of chocolate from the Mayans and Mexico!

They loved to read all about Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory hearing how the Oompa Loompa's helped make the chocolate! Although we do not have Oompa Loompa's at Gnaw, we do have something even better; an incredibly hard working team of people who make the dreamy chocolate we all know and love!

The handwritten letter's were all asking the same question...WE WANT TO LEARN MORE! And although we cannot allow visitors into our secret production room (yes, that part is like Willy Wonka's factory!) we would love to write back with some information about our chocolate. Along with some tasters for the children to enjoy, as well as learn, of course!

Many thanks to the kids for writing to us and Miss K for collecting them all and posting these to us.
