We pride ourselves on supplying you with quality handcrafted chocolate that meet your consumers rights. Please read our terms and conditions and should you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.


Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by you at the checkout.
Next day delivery and 2 Day Courier Delivery is only available when your order is placed before 1pm. 

Please note, if your goods are failed to be delivered and sent back to us, there will be a £5 charge to return the goods to us.


If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us within 7 days once you have received your goods for a refund or exchange. You can contact us at customerservice@gnawchocolate.co.uk and we will be happy to help. 

We ask that your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Remember to get a proof of postage when sending your item back. Once we have received the goods a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours with your order number and also send a photo of the damaged goods to customerservice@gnawchocolate.co.uk  so that get the issue resolved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Delivery not turned up?

Should your order not arrive at the delivery address stated on your order and email confirmation, please contact us with your order number within 7 days so that we can follow this up with our courier and Royal Mail. For trade and wholesale orders please notify us within 3 working days of the delivery date on your order at sales@gnawfolkchocolate.co.uk


If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order before it has been sent out, please contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed and we will do all we can and cancel the payment if the order hasn't been dispatched.

Sale of alcohol

By purchasing products which contain alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old and are legally entitled to do so.

Our Boozy Infused Hot Choc Shots are infused with an alcohol flavour but don't contain alcohol.

Hampers treats and added extras

When purchasing individual add on items at the same time as a hamper i.e a bag of buttons, hot choc shot these will be placed inside the hamper box as part of the gift. For the additional items to be supplied separately please email customerservice@gnawchocolate.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order and receiving your email confirmation so that we can arrange this for you. Where hampers contain alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old and the recipient is too and are legally entitled to do so.
