Everything is made from single-origin Colombian cocoa. We know the farm. We know the farmers. They were paid properly, which, remarkably, still makes us unusual in this industry.
There is no palm oil in anything we make. Not a trace. The big manufacturers use it because it's cheap. We don't use it because it's wrong. Wrong for the planet. And, frankly, it has no place in decent chocolate.
Plus, the factory where it's all made - in Norwich - runs on solar power. Hundreds of panels on the roof. We plan our production around the sunniest days. It is, when you think about it, a rather lovely thing to be able to say.
